![]() Place pork chops in a single layer in the pan and sear on one side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip pork chop and reduce heat to medium. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or cast iron pan on medium heat. In a small bowl, combine honey, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season all over with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Make sure to take your pork chops out of the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before cooking. Coconut Aminos is also a great substitute.
